One currency
Work, purchases and project income move through one shared economic language.
i came back from the desert with a thought…
The full plan for a collective built, funded, owned and governed by the people actually making it run.
01 — the proposition
Imagine experts, makers, teachers, artists, farmers, mechanics, weirdos and dreamers building an entire city together.
Everyone brings their thing. Everyone can earn their way in.
The businesses belong to the people running them. A piece of what each creates keeps the whole ecosystem strong.
radical self-expression meets radical shared ownership.

01
Work, purchases and project income move through one shared economic language.
02
Every transaction and logged hour creates a record the membership can inspect.
03
Qualified project leads can move quickly without waiting for permission on every purchase.
04
Everyone can check the books, question a decision and flag behavior that threatens the group.
05
Submit a photo, description and suggested value; the community approves or amends it, and your asset becomes a collective project that earns you tokens.
06
Pass an exam or self-guided application to earn a governance token and join the core decision-making team.
This is a proposed system to test. Spending limits, disputes, privacy and legal structure still need serious design—not hand waving.
04 — work & ownership
Tier 1
Tier 1 is open contribution: show up, log the work and get paid a genuinely fair floor.
Tier 2
People who deliver consistently can be vouched for and trusted with larger responsibilities.
Tier 3
Steward projects, budgets and people after the membership trusts you to carry the weight.
contribution earns trust. trust unlocks responsibility.
One token, pegged to the dollar, backed mostly by something that has held value for five thousand years.
The working split: . The other 20% stays liquid, so members can always trade in and out.
Some of the physical metal becomes jewelry and crafted goods—turning raw material into skilled work and higher-value products.
No fixed supply. Tokens are minted when money comes in and burned when money goes out—always at the fair price, so a buy-in can't pump or dilute anyone. Everyone plays by the same rate, founders included. The only thing that moves the price is performance: new revenue, and the gold itself gaining value.
Hours work the same way. Log the work and the tokens are minted right then at $22 an hour, because that work is real value now sitting in a half-finished bus—the treasury books it as exactly that, so minting for labor can't water anyone down either. Those tokens spend inside the system immediately. Cashing them out to dollars at full value waits until the project they came from is finished and sold—or take the money early at a 50% discount, with the forfeited half staying in the treasury for everyone else. If a project sells for less than the hours put in, that loss is real and everybody sees it in the price.
We need a sophisticated model for how tokenomics and big decisions move the price, and we’ll simulate it before anyone’s money is at stake. Reserve mix, custody and member rights require real legal and financial design.

nothing yet — add your first transaction
run a scenario
Small streams stacked up: bus and van remodels, bikes fixed up, cars bought cheap and flipped, members committing a third of every month — and gold under all of it.
06 — governance
Give trusted people room to lead projects and make ordinary decisions without bureaucracy.
Any member can flag a transaction, pattern or person that deserves the group’s attention.
Important changes to ownership, rules and direction belong to the whole membership.
Unanimity is the ideal for truly important decisions. How it works as membership grows is one of the first things we test—not something we pretend is magically solved.
07 — the physical place
The most public face of every field: café, gallery, adoption space, demonstrations and new technology ready to test.
Each discipline radiates outward and shapes its own land—studios, farms, labs, theatres, garages, clinics and housing.
A manicured race circuit surrounds the city, with driving education, rally land and wilder experiences beyond.
08 — what lives there
teach it. race it. grow it. repair it. perform it. share it.
09 — the flywheel
01
Members turn their skills into businesses, services and experiences.
02
Visitors come for RV spots, camping, overnights, bike and equestrian tours, classes and races.
03
Revenue pays the people doing the work and supports each venture.
04
A defined share strengthens the treasury and common infrastructure.
05
The treasury funds the next project, job, tool and shared asset.
10 — the long game
Every rung pays its own way and teaches us how to run the next one: buses, a thrift store and community hub, a hostel, then roughly 200 acres where the larger system gets tested. Only proven cash flow, ownership, and operations put $50M of nation-scale land on the table.
$14k in · ~$2k/mo target · first visible proof
Finish useful assets, publish the numbers, and prove shared work, accounting, and ownership. That trust earns the first storefront.
retail · events · competitions · barters · partnerships
A physical place for member goods, curated resale, classes, work, and hanging out — plus men's leadership events, pitch competitions for local startups, food, beer, and wine competitions, a members-only smoking lounge, barter and trades for hands-on services like massage, and an open calendar anyone can book to host their own events. We've already run every one of these revenue streams hands-on — one hand washes the other — and we keep expenses low as hell by sourcing free and cheap, ruthless about quality. Nobody gets deals like we do. The foot traffic this draws becomes the audience for shared hospitality.
beds · stays · gatherings · a network home base
Carry the store’s social and creative model into affordable lodging. Operating stays and shared space proves we can manage community life before buying serious land.
the full model tested in one place
Test shared living, work, land use, hospitality, governance, and local enterprise at meaningful scale. The result becomes evidence for—or against—the much larger bet.
$50M target · the nation
Only after every smaller system works in public do we pursue a much larger landholding or full island and build toward sovereignty on proven systems.

We don’t need to know every answer today. We need a few brilliant, honest people willing to build the first thing and learn in public.
the proof is already beginning.
